The hotel had peeling paint, tiny elevators that creaked and reeked of smoke, and a sink not attached to the bathroom, and there was no light actually in the bathroom - which we just felt was strange. All 3 times we went to the valet stand, no one was there, despite a call down beforehand. The room was small but nice, clean and had a decent sized shower. The staff was kind, and the hotel is in a nice quiet and walkable location.

"Loved the look of the area and the rooms were spacious. I booked two jr suites with king size beds and pullout sofa. Plenty of room for our family. The water pressure in the showers and tubs were incredible. The free breakfast was delicious, everyone enjoyed it. I will be booking here again."

"We’ve stayed at three different Embassy Suites properties recently, and they couldn’t be more different from one another. The Embassy Suites in Anaheim was by far the worst experience. The property felt poorly maintained, our room had ants, and it was filthy. I would not recommend staying there. ..."
